Refund policy

Heaven & Earth Gift Shop will accept merchandise for refund if returned to us, in new condition with labels attached, within 30 days of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@heavenandearthgiftshop.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in the store.
